Sub-circuits (4BitDQ V2.icircuit, 555-1Hz.icircuit) can be found on my profile. The following is an example of memory with DQ flip flops (in the sub-circuit 4BitDQv2). Each sub-memory unit is chosen with a standard decoder (IC: 74154) as a line select, inputs are set, then the clock is enabled to 'write' to the selected memory (note: switch off clock unless writing is needed to be done). Voltage used is 5V. This is not perfect by any means but may prove somewhat useful to someone.
